The Lithia Springs Data Center project involved full-site development across 44 acres in Douglas County, Georgia. Cold Iron was brought in to handle all mass grading, earthwork, rock blasting, and underground utility installation — transforming raw, heavily wooded terrain into a mission-ready data center campus pad.

The site presented significant geological challenges, including substantial rock formations requiring controlled blasting operations. Our crew coordinated closely with the general contractor and civil engineers to maintain project schedule while managing blasting vibration impacts on adjacent properties. Storm drainage, water, and sanitary systems were installed concurrently with grading to keep the project on track.
